Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Therefore, we don't just offer the best products on the market, but we also provide exceptional product service and repairs. Our Service Center offers top-notch repair services and replacement parts to get your stroller back in working order as quickly as possible.

We have a wide variety of in-stock parts that can be purchased for many different brands. We're happy to sell the parts and assist with assembly in-store; Service fees apply.

We are pleased to offer our esteemed Mega Babies customers exclusive benefits, including a complimentary 2-year in-store service and repair for any stroller purchased from our store! 

As part of our commitment to excellent customer service, we offer free lifetime changes between stroller bassinet and seat configurations, as well as the replacement of any fabrics and canopies. (please note that we do not provide the fabrics and canopies for free; only the labor to install them is included.)

Bugaboo Service Spot

As the only authorized Bugaboo Service Spot in the United States, we provide free in-store replacement parts for two years, regardless of where the stroller was originally purchased.

 
We have a variety of Bugaboo replacement parts available that may be eligible for warranty replacement free of charge. Please note that this does not include stroller fabrics and chassis.

For non-warranty-eligible replacement parts, customers can purchase them, and we're always happy to assist with product assembly in-store.
